Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Washington Court House, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
As of March 10, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 17, 2023. Bids for Asbestos Abatement/Demolition/Site Restoration - Eleven Residential Structures, will be received by Ramboll Americas Engineering Solutions, Inc. (Ramboll) on behalf of the Fayette County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank). In order to qualify, a contractor be able to submit a Certificate of Insurance documenting the liability coverage of the contractor, a copy of the contractor's active Workers Compensation Certificate, and agree to warranty all work performed under any contract awarded by the Land Bank as evidenced by contractor's signature on the Contractor's Warranty, submitting a completed W-9 Tax Form and agree to provide equal employment opportunities as evidenced by the contractor's signature on the Equal Opportunity Employment statement.
