The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for providing a repair or replacement of an existing metal roof located at Dahlonegah Shop - 87058 S. 4695 Rd., Stilwell, Oklahoma located in Adair County. To schedule a pre-bid site visit, please contact John McCullough at 918-718-5712. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. Question Deadline 02/17/2023 at 5:00 PM CT SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK Scope of Work: To develop and provide their bid in the repair or replacement of an existing metal roof located at Dahlonegah Shop: 87058 S. 4694 Rd., Stilwell, OK 74960 The building size is approximately 72' 5" X 50' 4" with a roof pitch of 3.12 Vendors should propose their suggested roof and justification for either: a. Overlaying the existing metal roof with new metal OR b. Complete removal of existing and replacement with new metal roof Vendors should provide the gauge and style metal they are proposing; estimated project start and end dates and warranty information
