These sites include the Township Hall, WBRW property, six (6) cemeteries, three (3) fire stations, one (1) vacant lot, one (1) parking lot, and eleven (11) township signs. Specification requirements are listed within this document. It is the Township's requirement to work with one contractor for all services. General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bids to receive consideration shall be received prior to the specified deadline time. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids are considered received when in the possession of the Washington Township Clerk's Office. All bids must be labeled RFP-2023-002 Lawn and Grounds Maintenance of Municipal Sites. Bids must be sealed when submitted. Bids must be typewritten or printed in ink and legibly prepared. Bids having erasures or corrections thereon may be rejected unless explained or initialed by bidder. Bids must be received at the Township Clerk's Office by the stated deadline.
