Renovation of a municipal facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase and installation of Two York Water-Cooled (YKEP) 3000-ton chillers and associated (MV-VSD) & Economizer (MV-VSD) to be included, as well as Design to assist stamped drawings. This solicitation is for a turnkey replacement and installation and must include all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing, refrigerant, structural reinforcement, piping, pumps/VFDs, crane support, concrete foundation [housekeeping pads], rigging if needed, welding, piping, vent piping, control valves and any other associated material for a professional quality turn-key installation. The San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department is willing to assist any bidder(s) in the interpretation of bid provisions or explanation of how bid forms are to be completed. Assistance may be received by visiting the Purchasing Office in the SAWS Main Office, 2800 US Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212, or by calling (210) 233-3819. Bidders may submit written questions concerning this Bid to D.
