As of November 14, 2023, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking Proposals from Small Business Enterprises (SBE) on behalf of the Gateway Development Commission in response to the subject Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of expert professional construction management and related technical services for the Tonnelle Avenue Overhead Bridge Utility Relocations Project. Only firms that are certified as a Small Business Enterprises ("SBE") by the Port Authority may respond, all other proposals will be rejected. Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 21th 2023, 2:00 PM EDT The term of the agreement will be for approximately two (2) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year ("Option Periods") four (4) years. Services to be performed by the selected Consultant may be funded in whole or in part by a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Transportation, such as the Federal Transit Administration ("FTA"), the Federal Railroad Administration ("FRA") and/or other Federal grantors, as applicable. The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable federal requirements as required. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
