For Central Chiller Plant Unit #2 Major Overhaul The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Department of Administration, General Services Division ("GSD" or "Agency"), to establish a contract for a Major Overhaul of the Centrifugal Chiller # 2 Trane: Model # CVHF770NA1, SN - L99A00282, per the bid requirements, specifications and terms and conditions as attached hereto Vendor question deadline @ 3 PM 2023-02-28 Price will only be utilized if additional refrigerant is needed to charge the chiller during initial overhaul. All Vendors submitting a bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall result in disqualification of the Vendor's bid. No one individual is permitted to represent more than one vendor at the pre-bid meeting. Any individual that does attempt to represent two or more vendors will be required to select one vendor to which the individual's attendance will be attributed. The vendors not selected will be deemed to have not attended the pre-bid meeting unless another individual attended on their behalf Submit Questions to: Melissa K.
