Renovation of a water / sewer project in Colusa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project is funded by the State Water Resource Control Board Division of Financial Assistance. The City has received a grant under the State Revolving Fund (SRF) water recycling program. The project constructs various upgrades at the City of Colusa Wastewater Treatment Plant including installation of a recycled water booster pump station, chlorination system; and connection to the farm field irrigation system, including backflow prevention for the existing irrigation wells and completion of the field drainage systems. The project also includes construction of a pre-engineered metal maintenance building, installation of a precast concrete recycled water control building; replacement of existing aeration basin equipment; and other miscellaneous improvements at the Colusa WWTP. Items available to be subcontracted and/or purchased include but are not limited to concrete and precast concrete materials; aggregates; SWPPP design; site clearing & grubbing; excavation & off haul; pre-engineered metal building; painting & coating; insulation; overhead doors; vinyl windows; chain link fencing & gates; plumbing; rebar; HVAC; electrical materials & equipment; and instrumentation & controls.
