Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general the scope of work includes the abatement / removal of existing caulking around all existing exterior windows, curtain wall and doors and then re-caulking all affected openings as well as the removal and replacement of noted insulated glazing units that have either been damaged and cracked or where the insulated glazing units exhibit failed seals. Additionally, the existing exterior caulking and in some cases sealant on the interior face required to be removed has been identified to contain either asbestos or PBCs and abatement and disposal of this material is to be included as part of the scope of work. Work may commence at any time after March 1st, 2023 and shall be substantially completed by March 31st, 2023. Last Date for Proponent Questions/Clarifications: February 23, 2023 by 5:00:00 pm
