Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of watermains, water valves, roadway, curb, and sidewalk reconstruction and consists of approximately: o 6540 square metres of road reconstruction o 140 linear metres of 300mm diameter watermain o 580 linear metres of 150mm diameter watermain o 1300 linear metres of curb reconstruction o 1800 square metres of concrete sidewalk and approaches o Construction of New Traffic Signal Underground - King Street West at Marion Avenue (Community of Hamilton) o Pavement markings Bid security: $165,000.00 The City will only accept a digital bid bond in an electronically verifiable and enforceable (e-Bond) format. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance bond in an amount equal to 50% of the Base Bid Price, excluding any contingency amount and all Value Added Taxes; Labour & material payment bond, in an amount equal to 50% of the Base Bid Price excluding any contingency amount and all Value Added Taxes. The bonds shall be in the prescribed forms set out in the Construction Act.
