For 2023 Concrete ADA Ramps Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, a Cashiers Check or a Bid Bond executed by a Corporate Surety approved to do business in the Commonwealth of PA by the Secretary of Insurance of the Commonwealth of PA, in the amount required by the bid and drawn to the order of Hatfield Township. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hatfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid in part, or in full and to waive any defects or informalities in the bidding procedures. These ramps are in conjunction with the 2023 road program. All areas will be marked and inspected by the Hatfield Township engineer during construction. Hatfield Township reserves the right to add or delete ramps to adjust the price.
