Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Creek Fire Stump Spring Road Repair Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, incidentals, inspection, quality control and supplies necessary to repair 18.54 miles of Stump Springs Road. Contractor shall clean, install metal end sections, recondition the culverts and all other drainage structures along the road. Place approximately 20 Tons per mile of base rock to improve the surface and drainage on turn outs along the project area. Place approximately 20 Tons per mile of hot mix asphalt to repair potholes per the specification 814 and place a 2" overlay starting at mile post 0.5, the average width of the road is 22 feet. Part of this contract is to clean two catch basins. The first catch basin is on mile post 8.23 (approximate dimensions 80'Wx120'Lx25'H). The second location is at mile post 13.15 (approximately dimensions 80'Wx80'Lx20'H). It will be necessary an excavator with a long arm to clean these catch basins. Debris product of these operation will be placed below the road, taking care not to damage other structures, trees, or the areas marked by the COR. Lastly, the contractor is responsible to prepare the road per the specifications to crack sealing the road, place a double chip seal and painting a double yellow center line. Contractor shall, without additional expense to the government, be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, which comply with any federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work.
