The Project scope of work includes: Undergrounding of all overhead utility wires and removal of utility poles; Widened sidewalk, curb ramps, curb, and gutter; Storm drainage improvements; Water main modifications/installation; Gateway monument; Retaining wall; Pavement rehabilitation; Signing and striping; Traffic signal installation or modifications; Traffic signal interconnect; Decorative street lighting; and Irrigation and landscaping. Base Bid Work 350 Working days Anticipated Additional work via Contract Change Order - 75 Working Days Total 425 Working days The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
