For the following Contract: Dirt and Gravel Contract Furnish and place approximately 403 Ton AASHTO #1 Aggregate; 1,025 Ton 2A Subbase; 4,800 SY Geotextile; 240 LF 6" Pipe U-Drain and perform 2,445 SY Scarify, Grade and Compact. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
