Site work and paving for a road / highway in Prosper, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
City of Celina (Owner) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Artesia EST Concrete Paving Project Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/7/2023 12:00:00 PM (CT) The construction project includes: The installation of a 14' concrete driveway with tie ins to existing concrete. Property Location: 297 S TEEL PKWY PROSPER, TX 75078 The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: o Outside of the gate install concrete drive connected two pieces of existing 8" pavement. o Inside of the gate install concrete pad and loop around water tower. On the north side of the driveway loop, we will need that well pad saw cut to remove a few feet to accommodate a 14 ft driveway loop around the tower. o Install 4 bollards around existing fire hydrant. o Tie into existing concrete ramp outside overhead door of the maintenance barn, repour steps to the west personnel door. All questions shall be submitted through the eProcurement system. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 30 calendar days. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five thousand dollars, from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Checks will not be accepted. The successful Bidder must furnish performance, payment and maintenance bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety and be acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding conditions under which the work is to be done. City of Celina has adopted prevailing wage rates for Collin County and uses the most current listing. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Close Reason: This solicitation is being closed and will be rebid in the near future once engineer drawings for the project have been created
