Worth County Board of Commissioners is requesting written qualifications from qualified construction management firms to provide professional pre-construction and construction services for the Worth County Jail Project. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it is determined that the rejection of one or more of the proposals is in the best interest of the County. The construction manager review committee shall review the qualifications of interested firms. Subsequently, the construction manager review committee shall develop a shortlist of firms. The shortlist firms may or may not be invited to make presentations to the construction manager review committee. The committee may elect to make a recommendation for award to the Worth County Board of Commissioners based on submitted qualifications, pending thoroughness of submissions. Please respond by including but not limiting your response to the following: 1. Company name and length of time in business. 2. Company location. 3. Availability of time to start and complete project within Owners requirements. 4. Insurance carrier and applicable coverage. 5. Qualifications of staff to be utilized on this project with names, short resumes, length of time with firm and previous clients served. 6. References for three (3) previous Georgia County Jail Clients which the team members have completed similar projects, including names of contact persons and phone numbers. 7. Description of similar experience, please include the original cost estimate before construction, as well as the final cost after construction for the three (3) previous Georgia County Jail Clients. A pre-presentation conference may be scheduled by Worth County Board of Commissioners later once firms are shortlisted. Any person employed by a firm submitting a qualifications package is forbidden to contact directly or indirectly commission members, elected officials, or staff of the Worth County Board of Commissioners. Violation of this prohibition will result in the firm's submission being rejected and the firm being disqualified from the review and selection process.
