No financial guarantee is requested. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. This procurement is subject to the following agreements: ALEC. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation or expense of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Furthermore, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only.
