As of November 21, 2024, per owner, project is close to being completed. The purpose of this request is to solicit Statements of Qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the replacement of multiple HVAC systems for Tulsa County Parks prior to entering into a contractual agreement for the performance of these services. On behalf of the Tulsa County Parks Department, we are requesting qualifications for the following: Architectural and Engineering Services for Parks HVAC Systems Replacement Attached are the specifications. Proposer shall state if his/her Statement of Qualifications strictly meet these specifications, and if not, shall list each variation therefrom. Qualifications Affidavit" and "Conflict of Interest Affidavit" must have all blank spaces filled in with original signature and must be notarized and returned with proposal or proposal will not be accepted. Proposer shall also return a completed W-9 form with the proposal. All questions regarding this solicitation must be directed in writing by 5:00 PM CST March 10, 2023 to: bidquestions@tulsacounty.org. Copies of all questions and responses, in the form of a formal addendum, will be posted on the Tulsa County Vendor Portal electronically and can be viewed/downloaded after free registration. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any Statement of Qualifications The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
