Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Hutto, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope Scope of Work of the contract includes the construction of a 20 mgd pumping station with six (6) vertical turbine pumps, bridge crane, electrical room, sodium hypochlorite chemical system, liquid ammonium sulfate (LAS) chemical system, SCADA system, 1,000 KW emergency generator, one 3.0 MG prestressed concrete ground storage tank, rehabilitation of the one 0.50 MG Steel ground storage tank, modifications to the existing 1.0 MG elevated storage tank, yard piping, metering vaults, site drainage, electrical and associated items. Contractor shall unload, install, and bring into full operation equipment that the City has purchased under separate contracts including six vertical turbine pumps with pump cans; 1,000 KW emergency diesel generator with 3,500 gallon sub-base fuel tank, weather proof enclosure, and automatic transfer switch. For the awarded bidder, a Mandatory Pre-Construction meeting with Notice to Proceed will be tentatively held at 2:00pm on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at the Executive Conference Room of the City of Hutto located at 500 W. Live Oak Street, Hutto, Texas 78634. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project.
