For furnishing all equip-ment, labor, materials, etc. necessary to complete the "Village of Arthur, Parking Lot Maintenance and Improve-ments (Various Locations) and Illinois Street Resurfacing Project", Douglas and Moultrie County, Illinois, and at that time publicly opened and read. All work shall be governed by and preformed in accordance with the Il-linois Department of Transportation, "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Current Edition" and funded by the Local Agency (Non-MFT). 2. Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Local Agency which may be obtained at the office of Arthur Village Clerk and shall be en-closed in an envelope endorsed "Village of Arthur, Parking Lot Maintenance and Improvement (Various Locations) and Illinois Street Resurfacing Project", Douglas and Moultrie County, Illinois" . 3. Attention is called to the fact that bidder at the time of execution of the contract will be required to deposit a contract bond for the full amount of the award. Failure on the part of the con-tractor to deliver the material and per-form the work within the time specified or to do the work specified herein will be considered just cause to forfeit his surety as provided in Article 108.10 of the Illinois Department of Transporta-tion Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Current Edi-tion.
