For Utility Line Locating Contract Email questions to: Ethan Purnell; purneef@danvilleva.gov, Scott Jarrett, jarrejs@danvilleva.gov and purchasing@danvilleva.gov by no later than Noon on Monday, February 27, 2023 It is the intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to secure a Contractor to locate underground utility lines for the City of Danville's ("City") Utility Department, including electric, water, gas, and telecommunications, in accordance with Virginia's Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act ("DPA"). Agreement shall be for one (1) year, subject to renewal at the end of the contract year for one additional year to a maximum of five (5) years The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers based on evaluations related to the above criteria and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received at its discretion.
