Questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing by email and received by Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov, no later than March 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto
