Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pacolet, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
For Security System for Town Hall and Police Station Keycard access, security cameras, alarm/smoke/carbon monoxide detector The Town of Pacolet is requesting qualifications of companies in the field of security system design and installation. This will be the precursor for the installation of a security system on their historic Town Hall building located at 180 Montgomery Avenue and for the Pacolet Police Department located at 110 Sunset Drive. This will include the installation of a new burglar/fire alarm system, key card access and surveillance camera system Any company wishing to apply should attend an in-person project review session with the Town Administrator and Chief of Police on Monday, February 20th at 2pm. Please come to Town Hall located at 180 Montgomery Avenue, Pacolet, SC 29372 The digital copy may either be sent by email or on a flash drive included in your mailed packet. It is your responsibility to ensure that the packet and files arrive on time and received by the Town Administrator. The Town of Pacolet will not be responsible for "lost" packets mailed or digital files emailed Town reserves the right to extend the term of this contract. Questions should be directed to Patrick Kay, Town Administrator at pkay@townofpacolet.com so that answers to all questions will be made public to other bidders
