NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: 100% Total Small Business SCHEDULE: The Government anticipates that work will be completed in 180 calendar days with work beginning in late August/early September 2023. The final performance period start date is contingent of issuance of Notice to Proceed. WAGE RATES: Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) (formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act) are incorporated into the terms and conditions as an attachment. Please note that Executive Order 14026 applies to this contract. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer.
