Renovation of an educational facility in Urbana, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing multi-zone air handling unit and replace with new VAV DX cooling and gas heat rooftop unit. Provide 16 new hot water VAV boxes with hot water reheat. Provide new DDC controls that tie into the existing building automation system. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Engineer under the following conditions: 1. Prime bidders may receive plans only if they bid and return the plans within seven days of contract award or if they notify the Engineer no less than 5 days prior to the day of the letting that they are not going to bid the project and return the plans immediately. 2. Subcontractors and suppliers may receive plans after receipt of the required deposits stated above, must return the plans within seven days of bid award. Master Builders cards will also be honored. 3. No plans will be issued after one week prior to bidding date NO DEPOSIT will be required, but all bidders are asked to return their Bidding Documents within fifteen (15) days after opening of bids.
