The Project consists of: 1- Demolish and clean up the existing ramp including the existing footing, asphalt, ramp, deck, and exterior five steps. 2- excavate the trenches shown in the drawings fill them with gravel and pour shallow strip footing for the aluminum ramp foundation. 3- Offload and assemble the Aluminum ramp, platforms, stairs, and railing. 4- Repair Asphalt as needed.. The work is estimated to cost $42,157. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.14944A(2)(B) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
