The Malden Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 689-1 Rockland Roof Replacement, #165066 in Malden, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TriVek Architects and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project. The Project consists of: - Replacement of roof shingles with new lifetime warranty architectural shingles and underlayment as per drawings. - Replacement of two flat roof areas with EPDM and high-dense insulation as per drawings. - Apply new flashing. - Replace rake boards in two locations shown in the drawings. - Paint repair Fascia boards and repair boards and nailers when needed. - Replace gutters and downspouts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.14944A(2)(B) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The work is estimated to cost $48,730.
