As of April 3, 2023, project was awarded to First General of Southern NY, Inc, awarded amount is $1,526,412.71. The Project includes the following Work: 1. The proposed project will provide for Floodproofing for the existing Town Hall and Justice Buildings along with Renovations to the existing Justice Building. The renovations consist of a small garage addition, new emergency generator, new mechanical unit, first floor offices and new courtroom in the Justice Building.
