Any bidder that is not on the Laberge Group plan holder list will have their bid returned unopened.All qualified bidders, upon return of full Contract Documents, will be refunded the full deposit. All nonbidders, upon return of full Contract Documents, will be refunded one-half of the deposit. All documents, returned for refund, must be received complete, in good condition and within thirty (30) days of the Bid Opening.The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract.
