Bridge reconstruction including removal and replacement with a 36-inch x 49-inch prestressed concrete bulb tee beams on Fenton Road over Thread Creek in the city of Flint, Genesee County. This is a Local Agency project. Control Sec Job No Federal No HIP 25000 206084A 23A0265 Net classification required for this project is 2375 Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder. MI DOT - 2303 066 - Bridge Reconstruction Including Removal and Replacement This work consists of meeting MDOTs construction document management (CDM) system requirements. Submit all project documentation for this contract in electronic format and place it in MDOTs CDM system, unless otherwise noted in this special provision. No paper documents, in printed format (faxes, letters, etc.) are permitted except as allowed by this special provision or specifically approved by the Engineer. The Contractor is responsible for keeping all information in the CDM system up to date throughout the execution of the contract.
