Wesglen Estates Drive Stormwater Infrastructure Project provides for the construction of an underground storm sewer to intercept and convey stormwater from the rear of a residential property at 2515 Wesglen Estates Drive by directing it to an existing storm sewer system. The proposed improvement consists of approximately 63 linear feet of 12-inch Class III reinforced concrete piping, two (2) new storm sewer structures, and grading to provide positive drainage to all new or adjusted inlets. The scope of work includes the removal of select trees and other vegetation, removal of improvements, earth grading operations, the construction/placement of storm sewers, manhole, area inlet, fencing and sodding. The project intent is to provide adequate storm sewer systems, reduce flooding and decrease erosion in the project area by directing the stormwater to existing storm sewers which discharge to Fee Fee Creek. The proposed improvement consists of approximately 127 linear feet of 12-inch Class III reinforced concrete piping, five (5) new storm sewer structures, adjustment of an existing inlet to new grade, and grading to provide positive drainage to all new or adjusted inlets. The scope of work includes the removal of select trees and other vegetation, removal of improvements, earth grading operations, the construction/placement of storm sewers, manholes, area inlets, concrete pavement and integral curb, fencing and sodding. 2.)
