Package B - TANKS PACKAGE includes two 0.5 million gallon (MG) reinforced concrete storage tanks and appurtenances, approximately 800 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP) and appurtenances and 860 LF of 12-inch diameter DIP and appurtenances, including site clearing and grubbing; removal of existing water lines; earthwork; chain-link fencing with barbed wire; asphaltic concrete driveway; asphaltic concrete walkway; grass cell pavement; tank access stairs and railings; tank access hatch, observation hatches, and ventilator; tank level pressure transmitter; tank water level indicator; control valve assemblies and appurtenances; control valve assembly boxes; gate valves; valve boxes; sampling taps; temporary cleanouts; retaining walls; drain inlets and manholes; HPDE drain lines; electrical system; security alarm switch system; and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system; all in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work is located at Kapahi, Kawaihau, and Ka'apuni Roads in Kapa'a, Kaua'i, Hawai'i.
