Site work and paving for a road / highway in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work shall occur at the Port of Longview, 10 International Way, Longview, WA 98632, as shown in the attached maps. Question Deadline 02/22/2023 at 5:00 PM PT All questions are to be put into writing to the Port at cengebo@portoflongview.com. No oral answers will be binding by the Port. The work to be performed includes but is not limited to providing, hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement to the lines and levels indicated on adjacent existing surfaces, or as directed by the Engineer. For Bid Items 3A and 4A, work also includes providing, hauling, distributing and placing tack materials in order to place an asphalt concrete pavement pre-level and overlay in Warehouse 11 (WH11). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and apparatus specifically not mentioned or noted on the plans, but which are incidental and necessary to perform the work as required and authorized by a Notice to Proceed issued by the Port of Longview (Port).
