**As of April 19, 2023, project was awarded to Microsurfacing Contractors, awarded amount is $550,659.14.** For FY23 Microsurfacing The Scope of Work consists of installing microsurfacing to existing pavement surface, including` streets in the Country Club Place/Polo, Clayshire, Clayton Gardens, and Westmoreland (One lift @ 18 lbs/SY) and Carondelet Plaza (Two lifts @ 15 lbs/SY). Additional pay items will include pavement markings and traffic control. Add alternate bids are being solicited for concrete base repair and alkalai resistant glass reinforcing fibers. Other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BID AND TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
