The Department of Military Affairs is looking to enter into a one-time contract with a responsible vendor for the purpose of furnishing and installing a failed heat exchanger located in the chiller of the Austin National Guard Armory. This repair-by-replacement project shall be performed in accordance with all specifications and scope of work further defined in Exhibit C of the attached Sample Contract.
