Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of site utilities, grading, site concrete, asphalt paving, and pavement markings for updates to the existing Northwest Park as well as road improvements to extend W. Will Rogers Drive. Any questions or RFI's regarding this project must be sent in writing to james.monhollon@nabholz.com by 12:00 noon on February 20, 2023. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the City of Rogers reserve the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
