Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a 142,600-square-foot, two-story above grade, 192-bed medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and medical facility.
The Uxbridge Hospital Redevelopment (UHR) project will deliver using Design Bid Build (DBB) delivery model, a new, modern hospital to serve the Town of Uxbridge and surrounding communities. The new facility (approx. 142,600 square-feet) will replace the existing hospital on the same site.
