As of March 20, 2023, project was awarded to M & J Excavation Inc, awarded amount is $73,202.50. The Hanover Township Board of Commissioners will receive Bids online for the Hanover Township 2023 Liquid Fuels and General Funds Paving Project, generally comprised of full width milling of existing pavement, and bituminous concrete binder and wearing course roadway paving, the installation of ADA Ramps, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a (A) "Bid Security" in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of each Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. If this changes, it will be coordinated through an Addendum that will be posted Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of this project.
