Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The single Contract which includes Mechanical and Electrical Work required to replace the boilers and pumps at Mount Baker Middle School. The project consists of replacement of two aging gas fired hot water heating boilers, pumps and system appurtenances with new owner provided condensing boilers and pumps. Scope of testing shall include entire HVAC installation. The project description is provided for reference only. contractor shall refer to the construction documents including drawings for the detailed scope of work. in case of conflict between this description, the drawings, the specifications, the most stringent condition shall apply. The mount baker middle school boiler replacement scope includes but is not limited to the following tasks: 1. Demolish existing boiler, circ pump and appurtenances. revisions 2. Provide new condensing gas-fired boilers, pumps, and appurtenances. bid set 2/14/2023 3. Provide new gas regulator and gas piping connections to new boiler. 4. Provide controls and electrical power connections to new equipment. 5. Provide anchorage for new boilers and supporting structural calculations Site Directions: Mount Baker Middle School 620 37th Street SE Auburn, WA 98002 Substantial Completion Shall be no later than August 18, 2023. Final Completion Shall be no later than September 1, 2023.
