The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CSAL (Centre de Services Ambulatoires de Laval) which remains occupied for the duration of the work. Regular building operations are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for the phasing of the work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a CSAL structure.
