Chomedey, Laval (Quebec) H7V 3Y7 to install a new medical imaging device. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CSAL (Centre de Services Ambulatoires de Laval) which remains occupied for the duration of the work. Regular building operations are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for the phasing of the work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a CSAL structure. Refer to the following documents: Additional clauses to the contract, (ie "CCC"), governance and contract. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of the work and the protective measures required. The work consists of, but is not limited to: The provision of all permits other than the required building permit, including related documents;
The demolition of the elements;
Temporary works;
Containment work relating to infection control;
Containment work relating to user safety;
The openings;
The coordination of the work according to the phasing and the schedule to be provided by the contractor;
Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings on request;
Waste removal;
Daily and final cleaning of the site;
The provision of documents relating to the documentation and closure of the site.
