Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Buchanan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of April 24, 2023. The project has been awarded to Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. however, awarded amount has not yet determined at this time. The Haralson County School District (HCSD) invites proposals for BES/WHES HVAC renovation at facilities described in the Work List. Contractor must comply with Davis-Bacon Wages Act. Permits including federal, state or local are the contractor's responsibility. No pre-bid meetings for this RFP. No public bid opening. Bid award will be posted to procurement after the Board of Education awards the bid. All work must be completed no later than June 30, 2023. Proposal forms are provided for use and participants are required to provide a printed hard copy of all forms. Failure to include the requested information and items, as well as late proposals, may result in rejection of proposal. HCSD reserves the right to utilize the information submitted in the best interest of the school district. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed to the Facilities/Maintenance Department, via email stacy.gilbert@haralson.k12.ga.us no later than Feburary 28, 2023. Additionally, the complete proposal must be submitted in electronic format on a Portable USB Flash Drive and included with RFP packet. Because of slow and sometimes inconsistent delivery of mail, you are cautioned to mail proposals in ample time for delivery prior to the due date
