List of BID packages are as follow: PACKAGE 1: Infection Control. PACKAGE 2: Concrete reinforcing. Concrete patching. PACKAGE 3: Structural steel. Post-Installed concrete anchors. PACKAGE 4: Cold-Formed Metal Framing. Firestopping. Joint sealant. Metal support systems. Gypsum board. Thermal and Moisture protection. PACKAGE 5: Epoxy flooring. Wall and ceiling paint. PACKAGE 6: Electrical. Package 7: Plumbing All questions shall be submitted via email by end of day March 6, 2023 to Benny Oporto at BOporto@TCMC.com and Erik Lindberg at elindberg@sfeirarch.com. A bid security bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, shall be submitted with each Bid. As a condition to Contract award the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a payment bond and a faithful performance bond on the forms provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract, will be required to furnish a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All Work under the Contract to be awarded must be completed within Sixty-Five (65) business days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. To be eligible for award Bidders must possess a current and active California contractor's license for Class B - General Building Contractor.
