Renovation of an educational facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of August 28, 2024, general contractor identified, completion expected Fall 2024. Single contract for the Peters Elementary HVAC Replacement. All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw their bid after the actual date of the opening of bids. Contractors are required to submit qualification statements seven (7) days prior to bidding. This project is contingent upon the sale and receipt of bond funds. Register for automatic electronic notification of new bids that match your interests at www.unionps.org/supplierregistration The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Includes all required permits, fees, material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, temporary toilets, daily cleanup, haul offofdebris and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete all ofthe work required as indicated on the drawings and/or specified herein.
