For Commercial Grade Indoor Gymnasium Floor Covers Notice is hereby given that the City of Overland, Missouri (the "City") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of commercial grade indoor gymnasium floor covers for use at the Overland Community Center (the "Project"). For general information regarding the request for proposal please contact Erin Willey, Director of Parks and Recreation at (314) 428-0490 via email at ErinW@overlandmo.org. Proposals may be delivered in person, by carrier, or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her proposal is received prior to the due date. Proposals submitted via email or proposals submitted after the submittal deadline will NOT be considered. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "GYM FLOOR COVERS", with the name of the bidder and with the date and time of the bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities in the bid process, to award any bid or portion of a bid which is deemed to be the most advantageous to the City of Overland and to make such investigations as are deemed necessary to determine the ability of the vendor to perform the services requested.
