Site work for a civil project in Theodore, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of the work is to provide contracting services to complete the following: Care of Water Works for temporary isolation and dewatering. Rehabilitation of the downstream 1200 mm diameter corrugated metal pipe conduit with Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liner installation. Outlet improvements including removal of the existing pipe supports and hold-downs, removal of the corrugated metal pipe containing asbestos-bonded bituminous coating, installation of a riprap lined apron, embankment construction, and general site improvements. Replacement of the gate and associated hardware with a new downstream gate, electric actuator, stem, stem guides, and associated hardware. Removal and replacement of the stoplog guides with a new upstream isolation gate including electric actuator, stem, stem guides, and associated hardware. Gatewell rehabilitation and safety improvements including replacement of the hatch cover, ladder, platforms, handrails, chain-link fence and gates, and all other associated improvements.
