Renovation of a municipal facility in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

No bid received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered. Failure of the U.S. Mail to deliver the bids timely shall not be considered due cause for the scheduled time of the bid opening to be extended. The project consists of the demolition of Cooling Towers No. 15 and No. 16. Contractor will have to dispose of materials associated with the Cooling Towers No. 16 and No. 16 as shown on plans for this project. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for HEAVY CONSTRUCTION. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
