Failure to include a copy of the appropriate signature authorization, if required, may result in the rejection of the bid unless bidder has complied with LA R.S. 38:2212(A)(1)(C) or LA R.S. 38:2212(0). Failure to include any item specified above, or failure to complete the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form in its entirety and properly execute this form will result in the Bid / Bids being declared irregular and cause for rejection as being non-responsive. R.S. 37:2150-2164 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for at least forty-five (45) calendar days, except under the provision of La. R.S. 38:2214. The Lowest qualified bid will be the one determined to offer the best advantage to the Terrebonne Parish School Board. The TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD reserves the right to waive any informalities in awarding the bid in the best interest of Terrebonne Parish. Proposal prices shall specifically EXCLUDE any and all taxes whatsoever. Act 1029 of 1991 exempts local governments from state and local tax effective September 1, 1991.
