The site will require limited grading, utility work, a small bituminous parking lot with concrete curbs and a sliding chain link fence/gate. The building is a wood frame structure with a metal roof, steel, and cementitious siding. The building also will have plumbing, electrical. HVAC, a fire suppression system, and a security system. The work also includes painting, doors, windows, casework, appliances, generator, wall, and floor finishes.
