The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The Municipality reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract or to increase certain quantities and will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred as a result of such a decision. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, in its sole discretion, and the council cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution.
