The choice of the successful bidder will be made following the recommendations of a selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria described in the contract documents. The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from the date of award. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints filed with the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions .
